Refund policy

You have 28 days for your return to arrive to us.


YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITHIN YOUR PARCEL OTHERWISE A REFUND CANNOT BE PROCESSED.

If you receive a free gift with your order and return any of the items the free gift must be returned too. If it is not returned the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund. Please be aware that all lucky dip purchases are non refundable.

If you received free delivery but all item's were returned this delivery cost of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund.

All items must be unworn with tags.

  • Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc
  • Have no make­up, fake tan or other marks.
  • Have all labels attached.
  • Be unused/ not worn.
  • Be unwashed.


If an item is returned to us that does not comply with the above you will be given an option of paying a postage fee of £4.99  for the item returned to you for up to 14 days.


How to return an item

1. Email us to let us know you need to return. We will respond with the returns address.

1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your order confirmation of purchase email. If this is not inside then the refund cannot be processed as we cannot match your return to your order. You can use the bag the items arrived in or another bag if you prefer. Pop our business name & address on the postage bag.

2. Take it to a post office or evri to send. We currently do not cover the returns cost but hope to soon be able to do this.

3. Please send us an email with your proof of receipt that the item has been returned to the correct address.

4. You will get receive an email as soon as we have received your items and when a refund is issued. Please note banks can take up to 14 working days to refund your money, although it usually happens within a few days of us receiving the item.

Faulty Items

In the rare circumstance you receive a faulty item – please contact us via our email highstreetdolls@outlook.com with information and a picture of the fault so we can quickly resolve it.

Terms of Refund

We reserve the right to not refund you, if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you.

We do not offer free returns nor will we refund the original shipping cost, with the exception of faulty items. All returns to us, are shipped at your own cost. 

If you received free delivery on your order and you return the full order then delivery charges will be taken off the refund.
